Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds

If you wish to return the goods for a refund you can withdraw from/cancel the purchase/sale contract within 14 days of purchase date. You are not required to obtain return authorisation for returning the goods as long as the goods are unused and still in its original packaging that can be re-sold by us as "new". Under the Consumer Rights Regulations 2015 you may/may not wish to notify us by contacting us through the website before the end of the statutory cancellation period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods (our return policy extends this to 30 days from purchase date). You do not have to give a reason why you wish to return the goods but if you did at any stage this will be used during return/refund process or exchange, if requested. You must return the goods to us at your expense in unused condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or offer significantly reduced refund amount where goods show signs of usage or damage since these can not be re-sold as "new". Once goods are received back you should expect refund within 14 working days. Please use the address below to return goods and include your name and/or order number.

Exchanges

If you wish to have the goods exchanged on wrong item(s) purchase we are happy to do so but an order re-processing service charge of £2.99 is payable. You must return the goods at your own expense. The service fee of £2.99 includes postage charge which we will have to pay on your behalf to the postal company, packaging, handling and administration time spent on re-processing your order. You will be advised of this service charge and payment requested before the order can be re-processed. Please bear in mind you would have had the opportunity to cancel the sale contract (change your mind) as per the first paragraph above and have the original amount refunded WITHOUT requesting an exchange or without telling us that you bought wrong item(s). Because you requested another service, a service fee of £2.99 is payable or this can be deducted from the refund to cover wrong item(s) handling and processing. This service fee is payable only where wrong item(s) has/have been purchased and exchange or refund or mix requested.

Faulty goods: In addition to your statutory rights we give you a 14 day money back guarantee whereby within 14 days of purchase date you can return the goods to us for replacement/refund if found faulty. Please contact us to authorise your return request or you could submit a return request within your account. Once you decide to return the faulty goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. Any further or undisclosed fault/damage to the goods whilst in transit remains buyer's responsibility. Refund may be refused or significantly reduced if the faulty item bears considerable signs of usage. Refunds are processed within 14 working days following receipt.
